Okay, but could improve

I decided to go with Cartika for some Managed WordPress Hosting a few months back. The setup was fairly smooth, and the site performance has been generally good, which is a big plus. I haven't had any major downtime, and the proactive monitoring seems to catch things. However, I did find myself waiting a bit longer than I'd hoped for a response when I had a small config question for support. It wasn't urgent, but it took a good few hours. Overall, it's a solid service for the price, but faster support would make it even better for me.

Good RDP Hosting

Usually, it's at checkout, there's a box for promo codes. But for the bigger enterprise deals, you gotta talk to sales, those aren't public codes.

We're on their Hybrid Cloud for our main app and some DRaaS. The transition was smooth, they even helped with some migration credits which was a nice bonus. Their team was pretty hands-on during setup. They aren't the cheapest, but for what you get in terms of managed security and custom config, it's worth it for us.

We've been on their Managed Public Cloud for about a year now for a few high-traffic applications. Their proactive monitoring is actually legit, caught a few things before they became big issues. Support is responsive, much better than the ticketing system black hole we were used to. They seem to get the nuances of enterprise needs.

Totally depends on your needs. For simple stuff, DO or Linode are fine. But if you need HIPAA or PCI compliance, or really hands-on managed support, Cartika is in a different league. More expensive but way more features.

If you need serious enterprise features and someone to actually manage things for you, yes. If you just need a cheap VPS, stick with DO.

Usually, the annual billing discount is just baked into the pricing structure when you choose the yearly option during checkout or renewal. Don't think there's a separate 'promo code' for it. Check your billing portal, it should show the difference.
